DR ProFresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning – Terms and Conditions (Scotland)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DR ProFresh’s services within Scotland. By engaging DR ProFresh, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Services

DR ProFresh provides professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services within Scotland. Your acceptance of our services constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to our availability.
  • We will confirm the appointment time and date in writing (via email or text message).
  • We will arrive within an agreed window of time, and will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and [List accepted payment methods, e.g., debit/credit card payments].
  • Late payments may incur a late payment fee of £[Specify amount or percentage] per [Specify time period, e.g., week] overdue, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in full payment of the quoted service price.
  • We understand that emergencies occur, and will consider those situations on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability

  • DR ProFresh will take reasonable care to protect your property during the cleaning process.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are not directly related to the cleaning process, such as pre-existing damage or items that are not suitable for cleaning.
  • While we use professional equipment and cleaning solutions, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
  • We are insured for public liability, and details of our insurance can be provided upon request.
  • Our liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.

7. Changes to Terms

DR ProFresh reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website (if applicable) or provided to clients upon request.
